UK SHIPPING CHARGES ONLY
Standard Delivery is charged on orders as follows:
| Delivery charges have been changed from Feb 23rd 2007 to be calculated when placing an order on the order weight. Sometimes this is not appropriate for the size of the item, in these circumstances we will refund the difference to you if it is in your favour |
| As from 1pm, 1st December 2007 all orders over £100.00 are delivered FREE of charge (UK mainland only). |

Items in stock at our warehouse facility are despatched within 3 days from receipt of order. Due to current high demand and the speciality of some products, items not in stock at our warehouse facility will be despatched direct from the manufacturer within 7-10 days from receipt of order.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail. You must ensure that you type your e-mail address correctly, as the order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically and will not get to you if you make a spelling mistake.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, beginning on the day you receive your goods. If the goods have already been despatched, they must be returned to us in an unused condition. If you want to cancel an order please contact us
Please note that cancellations may be subject to a cancellation and/or restocking fee. This fee will depend on the size of the order and will be quoted should you wish to cancel the order.
ORDER RETURNS
Goods returned due to ordering incorrect size and/or colour may be subject to a restocking fee. This fee will depend on the size of the order and will be quoted should you wish to return an item.
COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at sales@juniorgolfers.co.uk and we will attempt to remedy the situation.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days.
